The Key Frames screen provides a way to insert or delete frames. To get here from either the Capture or Edit screen simply scroll twice quickly with two fingers or touch and hold two fingers. Note that this screen isn't available if there is only one frame.

Tapping a frame once zooms into the Edit screen and twice zooms into the Capture screen.
